Period piece done on heavy stock promoting the "New Baseball Hall Of Fame Dedication Ceremony" which marked the day when their famed Plaque Gallery opened. Noted below is the Phillies vs. Senators game which was to take place later that afternoon at Doubleday Field (won by Washington).
