Description: Porcelain water pitcher by Roberto Clemente with related photo and documents c.1960-70s. Handled ceramic water pitcher as made by Roberto Clemente through his study and practice of ceramic arts. Pitcher stands 8" tall with hand colored grape and vine design on both side panels. The pitcher includes an original 1970 certificate form "Asocicion de Ceramica Artistra" as issued to Clemente who had studied and learned the art of ceramics. The lot also includes an 8"x10" original photo of Clemente standing with a lamp made of grapes that he had also created. Unique and interesting piece with relation to one or the many talents possessed by Clemente outside of the game of baseball.
