Description: Johnny Pesky WWII Naval and/or Military Service jackets, hats, and related material. Very nice group with overall condition remaining very strong, especially with regard to jackets which are especially desirable pieces among collectors of Militaria. Includes top of the line leather transport bomber jacket with fur lined collar that has "US" lettered on outside. "BuAreo - U.S. Navy....Gordon & Ferguson" tag is in the collar (name tag has been removed from chest); dark blue overcoat (with liner) which has Pesky's full name written in vintage fountain pen on collar tag. Additional "Regulation U.S. Navy" tag appears inside; fine quality blue dress hat with Naval insignia at front along with 8"x10" vintage sepia toned photo of Pesky wearing same/similar. Included is the original "Academy Brand" box; (11) additional hats of varying type/style incl. one which has "Navy V-5" patch and another which has "U.S. Navy" faintly printed on band; blue long sleeve sailors shirt with "Paveskovich" written on "Naval Clothing Factory" collar tag and block letter printed on lower back; green canvas bag with "Aviatos' Kit Bag..." lettered on; white canvas travel bag with "Ens. John M.
