Description: Unique Puerto Rican League multi-signed baseball with Clemente and Brown. Fascinating assemblage of signatories with most being of either foreign descent or having played at least some portion of their careers in other countries before color/racial barriers were broken. Wilson "Official League" baseball has been signed by Roberto Clemente, Willard Brown, Tite (Luis) Arroyo, Al McBean, Elmo Plaskett, Leon Wagner, Orlando Cepeda, and (1) other which can not be identified. Ink signatures rate strong 8 to 9 out of 10. Ball displays moderate toning which is slightly more pronounced at spots. Usage wear is evident, with only the Arroyo signature being substantively affected. Research indicates that all identified signers at one time played organized baseball in Cuba however it was with tremendous foresight that a baseball was passed between and only signed among them.
