Description: Exceptional 1915 Boston Red Sox pennant. Rare full sized period red felt pennant has “1915” and a pair of socks within triangular white section at left. Team name “Red Sox” is done in applied block lettering across the front. Well preserved displaying a hint of light toning throughout and light to moderate scattered wear inclusive of several very small moth holes. Tastefully matted and framed to 18.25”x46” overall (light wear to frame). One of the most visually appealing pennants we have handled and a magnificent rarity with this being perhaps the first of it’s particular type which we have encountered: VG/EXEstimated Price Range: ($5,000-$10,000)
