April 4, 1988 dated letter on Vice Presidential Seal "Aboard Air Force Two" stationary reads, "Dear Ted - Great seeing you in Islamodora. You're a helluva partner. Here's a little nostalgia for you. All Best - George." Signature and handwriting are graded "Gem Mint 10" by PSA and letter is encapsulated with "Williams Family Collection" noted on the label.
