Description: Joe Montana signed and multi-inscribed San Francisco 49ers full-size helmet with hand-painted image of Montana (NM). Riddell VSR-4 Pro Line helmet signed by Montana in black marker. Montana added "SB MVP XVI, XIX, XXIV", "NFL MVP 89, 90", "Pro Bowl 8", "Yards 40, 551", and "TD's 273" inscriptions. Signature rates 9 out of 10. A hand-painted image of Montana is on the unsigned side of the helmet. The artist Doug Brewer signed in black marker beneath the painting. Helmet is hand #ed 180/249: NM
