Description: Pair of original Shibe Park connected seats (VG/EX). Original double stadium seat section from Philadelphia's legendary Shibe Park. The metal framework features the distinctive "ribbon style" lattice work that adorned the original Shibe Park seats and helps to differentiate it from the seats that were added during the stadium's expansion in the late 1920s. Seats are #ed 14 and 15 (the #6 is on the back of the #15 seat which designates the row). Seats exhibit areas of paint loss which reveal traces of the original green paint beneath. Overall, the pair remains intact and exhibits some light deterioration to the ends of the wooden slats. One of the metal anchor legs at the bottom of the metal section is bent upward: VG/EX ***Please note that S/H may be substantial***Final Bid: $534.00
