Description: Vintage "Double Header" candy display box c.1920s-30s (VG/EX). Box top features a baseball player graphic with "Double Header" lettering. Box originally contained (144) pieces of candy with a price of "2 for 1-cent" printed on the box. Candy was manufactured by "Close & Company" of Chicago. Box remains intact exhibiting edge wear and scattered surface wear including minor creasing and a small spot of surface loss on the lower left corner. Very light pencil writing is evident on the lid: VG/EXFinal Bid: $77.00
