The image was used for Dizzy Dean's team-issued 6"x8" photo issued in picture packs (includes an original of the team-issued photo as well). The press photo displays as EX/MT-NM with just a small chip on the lower left corner. The team-issued photo exhibits a few light creases: EX-EX/MT
