Description: Kelly's "Slide" baseball decorative shoe polish store display and tins c.1920s (GD-VG).Die cut cardboard store display pictures baseball graphics on front and back advertising Kelly's "Slide" shoe polish. The display includes (4) tins, which appear to be unused, of Slide Kelly shoe polish each with baseball graphics on the lid. Manufactured by George J. Kelly Inc. in Lynn, MA. Box measures 9" long and exhibits multiple tears, surface creases, and a few separated pieces. The tears, fold lines, and separated pieces have mostly been reinforced or reattached with clear tape. Tins exhibit some surface toning to the lids and varying degrees of minor abrasions. Box and tins display as VG/EX overall. Box technically grades GD-VG.Final Bid: $433.00
