Description: Pair of figural basketball trophies c.1926 (EX-EX/MT). Substantive pair of figural silverplated basketball trophies depicts a uniformed player shooting a ball. Each trophy is mounted atop a fine quality mottled green alabaster base standing a full 20" tall. Silver plated applied placards are affixed to the front of the bases each with titling in raised lettering, "Championship Trophy McKees Rocks Press Midget League 1925-26" and "Championship Trophy McKees Rocks Press Girls League 1925-26". Both trophies remain in fine original condition with one base having a small chip at the back corner. One is missing the bolt from the bottom: EX-EX/MT
