Sher-Wood P.M.P. model stick with "POTVIN" stamped on the shaft and 5 written in black marker above the name stamping. (16) members of the 1973-74 New York Islanders signed the stick including Denis Potvin, Lorne Henning, Ernie Hicke, Gerry Hart, Garry Howatt, Ed Westfall, Billy Harris, Ralph Stewart, Craig Cameron, Andre St. Laurent, Bob Nystrom, Billy MacMillan, Germain Gagnon, Dave Lewis, Billy Smith, and Dave Lewis.
