Knit button down jersey with "Phillies" across front, "POLANCO" across back, and #27 on back and left sleeve. A Paul Owens and Tug McGraw memorial patch and 2004 Phillies Inaugural Season patch are on the right sleeve. Retains its original Majestic size 46 tagging on the front lower left and 0062 wash tag in the tail. Jersey exhibits moderate usage wear. Polanco signed the #7 on the back in black sharpie.
