Description: Very ornate 1934 Norwich City League Baseball Champions trophy (VG/EX). Measures 17" tall with the round wooden base measuring 8 3/4" in diameter. On top of the base is a very detailed silver plated metal figural with four roman style pillars, baseball player figure within the middle of the pillars, and a Bald Eagle perched upon the top of the structure. The metal placard on the base reads "Champions - Norwich City League - 1934 Won By The Polish Citizens Club". Trophy displays very well and shows toning and some surface loss on the silver plated metal parts. The wooden base has two minor splits on one side (splits are where the wood was glued originally).
