Tough-to-find complete set of (60) Wheaties cards, which were hand-cut from the backs of cereal boxes, offers portrait and action pose variations of (30) different players from a variety of sports, including some of the biggest names of the time in baseball, football, and basketball. Keys include Yogi Berra portrait (FR; irregular cut) and action (EX), Roy Campanella portrait (VG/EX) and action (EX), Otto Graham portrait (EX+) and action (VG), Ben Hogan portrait (VG/EX) and action (GD; irregular cut), Johnny Lujack portrait (EX) and action (EX), George Mikan portrait (VG) and action (PR), Stan Musial portrait (VG; stain on reverse) and action (VG), Phil Rizzuto portrait (VG; stain on reverse) and action (VG) Sam Snead portrait (EX/MT) and action (VG), Doak Walker portrait (VG) and action (VG; irregular cut)and Ted Williams portrait (GD) and action (VG/EX).
