Description: Philadelphia A's ticket stub attributed to Joe Jackson's 1st career run scored with period notations (SGC Authentic - see description). Shibe Park ticket stub dated in period ink "SEPT 30" "1909" with scores of both games of doubleheader between the Chicago White Sox vs Philadelphia Athletics. In the first game, Joe Jackson went 1-3 with a walk, and scored the first run of his MLB career. Authenticated and encapsulated by SGC with "c.1910" on the label (as a policy, they did not take into account writing on tickets). The ticket shows fairly minor wear considering its age, but the SGC holder is chipped on one edge. Ticket appears VG/EX overall. ($500-$1,000)
