Description: Nice lot of (5) c.1898-1920s sports team photos including (2) fantastic baseball images (VG-EX) Includes large format high quality studio photo (mounted to original 15.5"x19.5" backing) of a baseball team in top of the line uniforms which have "Williston" team name. Team name is handwritten again below along with player last names and "98" (1898) year; framed (12.5"x14") high quality studio photo of baseball team with large "Fox Athletic Club Champions 1916" banner. Very interesting piece as there is an African American player in the back row; mounted (8"x10" backing) photo of young men in street clothes with (1) holding what appears to be a basketball; framed (13.5"x15.5" no glass) mounted photo of an early basketball team in uniform; additional early mounted basketball team photo (framed to 14"x17") with one player holding a ball lettered "09 Champions."
