Description: Very rare June 23, 1991 San Francisco Giants turn back the clock uniform - 1925 style (EX) Rare one game style is among the more creative turn back the clock uniforms ever issued. Pinstriped jersey has a large "National League Golden Jubilee" patch on the chest. "NY" team logo is on the sleeve. Rawlings tag on front tail notes size (42) and below is an embroidered strip tag reading "Turn Back The Clock 6-23-91." Matching pants are likewise by Rawlings (size 32) with embroidered strip tag reading "Turn Back The Clock 6-23-91 Mullane." An extra pair of pants is included with similar tagging to the other (though no Mullane name). Also includes a hat and stirrup socks. Our consignor identified it as having been issued to Buddy Black and we pass this information along but in all probability it was intended for batboy and bullpen catcher Mike Mullane. It also stands to reason that a batboy and/or bullpen catcher would not need a number on back of the jersey. Touch of very light use/wear: EX ($1,000-$2,000)Final Bid: $532.00
