Description: 1929 Rose Bowl program & ticket stub - Georgia Tech vs. California - "Wrong Way Riegels" game (PR-GD). Desirable original program and ticket stub issued for the 1/1/1929 game played in Pasadena which was won by Georgia Tech. The All-American center for Cal, Roy Riegels, made one of the most embarrassing plays in collegiate history when he ran the wrong way after picking up a fumble. Program has some minor general handling wear with technical grade lowered by a vertical down the center which effects all pages and covers (GD with better eye appeal); ticket stub is in very PR condition with extensive wear/flaws throughout: Ticket stub PR, Program GD
