Description: 1928 Philadelphia A's at New York Yankees program from Ty Cobb's final career game (GD/VG - Ruth game-winning HR). Yankee Stadium program scored in pencil from the September 11th game in which the Yankees defeated the Athletics by a score of 5-3 on a Babe Ruth game-winning home run off of Lefty Grove in the bottom of the 8th inning. Ty Cobb pinch hit in the 9th inning, popping out to SS, in what would be the final appearance of his career. Mild handling and age related wear throughout, with more pronounced wear to the back pages which have some creases and fraying, along with a few small tears on the back cover: G/VG ($500-$1,000)
