Description: 1971 Adirondack letter to Willie Mays regarding "Mays..Pine Tar" (VG) July 1971 dated letter typed on Adriondack stationary as sent to Willie Mays care of the San Francisco Giants. Content reads in part, "As discussed at the All-Star Game, I'm mailing you under separate cover two aerosol cans on our new Willie Mays Power Grip Clear Pine Tar..." It goes on to discuss particulars of the product and proposed royalties to Mays along with anticipated sales. Fold lines and some other mild wear. Includes certificate of provenance from the Willie Mays Collection: VG
