Approx. 5.5"x8.5" Dr. Pepper Bottling Co. pamphlet promoting their new location in Washington. Signed on the front by both Walter Johnson and Arch McDonald in pencil. Authenticted and encapsulated by PSA/DNA with autographs graded 8.5 NM/MT+. Fold creases and handling wear visible (mainly on the back): VG ($750-$1,500)
