Description: Babe Ruth photograph from Kaplan Photo Service, c. 1927 (PSA/DNA "Type I"). B&W image of Ruth (trimmed on all sides to approx. 7 5/8" by 9 3/4") sitting while on a hunting expedition at Dover Hall, one his favorite getaways in Georgia (with handwritten caption). Photo has slightly irregular trims on all sides and there is some mild general wear. Kaplan Photo Service stamp is on back along with other marks/notations.
