Description: 1963 Jello partial set (126/200) with many HOFers, including Mantle, Mays, Aaron and Clemente (PR-EX; hand cut; see description). Lot offers an excellent start on a 1963 Jello set, distinguished from its Post Cereal counterparts by a shorter horizontal red line separating the player stats on the cards. Lot features (126) different hand-cut cards of the 200 issued, with numerous Hall of Famers. Please note: Cards are hand-cut and will have borders of varying size and a good number are cut to within what would be considered their borders. The grades reflected do not take into the account the irregular edges or degree of remaining border (or lack thereof). Key cards included in the set are #s 15 Mickey Mantle (VG/EX), 16 Roger Maris (FR), 17 Yogi Berra (GD), 19 Whitey Ford (PR), 51 Al Kaline (VG), 56 Don Mossi (VG/EX), 106 Willie Mays (VG/EX; irregular cut), 121 Sandy Koufax (GD), 131 Frank Robinson (EX), 143 Roberto Clemente (PR), 152 Hank Aaron (GD) and 169 Ernie Banks (PR; irregular cut). Balance of the lot, housed in pages and a binder, appears mostly VG-VG/EX-EX with some better and some worse, though most would be holdered as "Authentic" if sent to grading services due to cuts inside black-line borders.
