Description: Lot of (5) Hall of Famer autographed 1939 Baseball Centennial First Day Covers (VG-EX/MT) Nice selection of pieces, each with Centennial related decoration and stamps, all postmarked from Cooperstown. Includes Casey Stengel, Bill Veeck, Carl Hubbell, Lefty Grove, and a triple signed cover of Red Ruffing, Waite Hoyt, and Stan Coveleski. Signatures rate 8 to 9 out of 10. Touch of mostly light toning and handling wear with Grove having more pronounced flaws. Includes auction LOA from JSA: VG-EX/MT
