Description: Vintage Babe Ruth portrait photograph c.1930s-40s (See description) Sepia toned photograph showing Ruth in Yankee uniform in an uncommon pose that we can not recall seeing before. The piece is no doubt vintage but may date to a later period than the photo was originally taken. Matted (visible area 5.25"x8") with a few flaws visible when viewing including an upper surface tear to the right hand portion. Back has mounting residue/damage and a number of marks throughout. Includes a 10.25"x13.25" frame in which it was long displayed (and can be secured in again): See description ($500-$1,000)
