Interesting oddity lot featuring of (36) complete 3-card 1981 Scratch-Off panels, each missing the black rub-off material on the front (possible proof cards). Numerous Hall of Famers are represented on the various panels, including Andre Dawson, Tom Seaver, Ozzie Smith, Steve Carlton, Pete Rose, Johnny Bench, Mike Schmidt, George Brett, Reggie Jackson and more.
