Description: Charles O. Finley orange baseball, still sealed in original box, c. 1973 (NM). Interesting relic from Major League Baseball's brief and ill-fated experiment with orange baseballs, designed to help both fans and players see the ball better. Includes (1) baseball, still sealed in its original box. The box remains very rigid, with light to moderate wear, including a few light creases.
