Description: Rare and very sharp Christy Mathewson endorsed store model Goldsmith glove (EX) Split finger glove with thumb to forefinger web has a rare "Christy Mathewson" facsimile signature endorsement stamped in the palm along with Goldsmith maker name and "G2" model number. All markings are bold and well defined, remaining in better shape than most other Matty model gloves we have seen. Light wear with some scattered spotting/discoloration. Larger than child sized but slightly smaller than they typical adult glove (measures approx. 8.25" laid flat from tip of middle finger to the bottom): EX ($1,000-$2,000)
