Description: Lot of (7) 1989 Fleer wax boxes with Ken Griffey Jr. RC possible (Boxes: EX/MT-NM). Outstanding lot of 1989 Fleer wax boxes, each of which has (36) unopened packs. Packs offer chances at numerous rookie cards, including Ken Griffey Jr., Randy Johnson, Gary Sheffield, Craig Biggio, John Smoltz and others. While it is unknown if these boxes are from early in the 1989 Fleer print run, it is worth noting that if that is the case, copies of the infamous Billy Ripken obscentity card and other coveted variations could be within. Packs remain tightly sealed (NM/MT) and boxes have light shelf wear: EX/MT-NM.
This internet auction will close to initial bids at 10pm E.S.T on September 25, 2024. Bids may be placed at any time up until the closing and bidding will extend past 10pm E.S.T. on September 25 for 20 minute intervals per lot for each bid placed on a given lot.
