Engraved "Presented By His Excellency Earl Grey For The Amateur Rugby Football Championship Of Canada" and "Hamilton Tiger-Cats 1999 Grey Cup Champions." Light tarnish and some handling wear with a slight bend to one handle on the upper portion; Hamilton Tiger Cats game jersey issued to defensive tackle Jeff Cummins who started (16) games that year.
