Description: 1959 Chicago White Sox "World Series Visitors" silk banner (VG/EX). Approx. 25"x27" purple silk banner offers striking display value with screened on white "Welcome Champion White Sox" text at the top. Below are "Go Go Sox 1959" graphics and "World Series Visitors" text. Banner hangs from what appears to be the original dowel (with gold finials) across the top, along with white tassels at the bottom. Piece retains fine overall display value (despite the technical grade) with scattered wear and several tiny holes near the bottom that allow glimpses of light to show through: VG/EX.Final Bid: $355.00
