Description: Lot of (58) vintage baseball photographs incl. 1929 Lou Gehrig and Mantle Wingfield (GD-EX) Assortment of vintage photos with the bulk appearing to date to the 1960s and 70s. There will be a handful of "Type I" images and others which fall into a different category within the Type system. Many are team issued with some other kinds as noted. Subjects include Lou Gehrig (8"x10" with Wide World stamp on back and a 1929 dated paper caption relaying that he is shown with Bob Shawkey and Ben Bengough), Mickey Mantle (shown with Jackie Jensen, Dom DiMaggio, and other players in 8"x10" image which has Wingfield stamp on back), Norm Cash (Don Wingfield stamped 8"x10"), Don Larsen, Chris Short, Tim McCarver, Gene Mauch, Jim Hegan, Willis Hudlin, additional Norm Cash photo, Jim Bunning (press photo with 1957 dated paper caption), Harvey Haddix, and others.
