All but (1) have some notations written on cover in pencil and other wear; 1960 World Series program (unscored, EX/MT); yearbooks (in average VG/EX-EX condition unless noted) issued in 1956 (FR/GD), 1959, 1960 (VG), 1961 (FR), 1962, 1963, 1965, and (2) 1967.
