Description: Lot of (23) 1950 Phillies Whiz Kids cut signatures, including Ashburn & Roberts, JSA LOA (Sigs. NM/MT). Nice lot of small cut signatures from the famed 1950s Phillies Whiz Kids (many with cut-out head shot photos affixed). Ink signatures include Robin Roberts, Richie Ashburn, Steve Ridzik, Paul Stuffel, Ken Silvestri, Dick Whitman, Curt Simmons, Russ Meyer, Jocko Thompson, Hank Borowy, Jim Konstanty (light smudge), Eddie Sawyer, Stan Lopata, Del Ennis, Andy Seminick, Ralph "Putsy" Caballero, Jack Mayo, Ken Heintzelman, Johnny Blatnik, Milo Candini, Eddie Waitkus, Bubba Church and Jimmy Bloodworth. A few cuts exhibit heavy toning and signatures range from 7 to 9 out of 10 (avg. 8). A previous JSA auction house letter is included, though it mentions two other players (Dick Sisler and Bill Nicholson) that are not included with this lot.Final Bid: $100.00
