Description: c.1930s Reach "Babe Ruth Home Run Special" glove with (2) period advertisements (See description) Split finger glove with laced web has relatively well defined "Reach" mark inside along with a "Babe Ruth" facsimile signature below above "Home Run Special" text. Some wear effects the first few letters/first name in facsimile signature, of these markings. Model number appears to be "RF3" but is more faded from view. Given how much of the stampings remain visible the glove has nice display value however there is general use and age related wear throughout. This most notably takes the form of a large area/section of missing leather/material as can be seen in the image with this listing. The glove was mounted in a framed display and as a result there is some tape residue on the back along with a few small holes in the wrist strap.
