Description: 1914 Cincinnati Reds large format team photograph with Armando Marsans (EX). Oversized cabinet photograph on original 16"x20" mount showing uniformed team members posed in front of the grandstand is crisp clarity. Armando Marsans is seated in the front row, second from the right and joins teammates including Heinie Groh and Dick Hoblitzell. Marsans had begun his Major League career with Cincinnati a few seasons prior and is generally regarded as one of the great Cuban born players of the era. Marked "F.Boellinger" within at lower right and the year, "1914" is displayed in the center. Photograph itself is unaffected by wear while the mount has some minor flaws which are largely confined to the corners/edges: EX. $750-$1,250Final Bid: $495.00
