Description: J.C. Higgins catchers' mitt (left handed model) c.1920-30s (EX). Uncommon mitt issued for a lefty has unusual stitching on the interior pocket that was likely intended to reenforce. "J.C. Higgins" label on the back above what appears to be a replacement strap (likely done in the period). Lace in the web likewise appears to be replaced.
