Description: 1976 Dick Allen professional model Bicentennial baseball bat (EX) Louisville Slugger 125 model bat has Allen facsimile signature in the barrel with model number "P89" noted above and there is a burned in Bicentennial logo as used only in 1976 to the right of the centerbrand. The bat measures 36" long and weighs 37.1oz. Number "15" is written on the knob in vintage black marker. Uncracked with heavy use evident throughout including grain swelling due to repeated contact, ball marks, and rack marks. On the back of the barrel there is a mild separation along one streak of the grain. It is likely that some of this additional wear should be considered "post player" and is not related to Allen himself: EX ($500-$1,000)Final Bid: $594.00
