Outstanding group of items signed by the 33rd president, with an 8"x10" framed B&W photo (VG/EX) of Truman with Ellis Reed-Hill, Commodore of the U.S. Coast Guard. Photo has been signed by both and personalized, with Truman signature (dated 8/24/54) rating 7 out of 10, and Reed-Hill signature showing advanced fading and rating 3 out of 10. Accompanying the photo is a letter (EX/MT) dated Aug. 30, 1954 on Truman's letterhead at the Federal Reserve Bank Building, signed by Truman with signature rating 9 out of 10.
