Description: Very early Spalding weight training set, c.1890s-1910s (VG-EX/MT). Cast iron weight training apparatus has a wall mount portion and additional sections which sit on the floor and allow for weights to be raised by a pair of handles. The wall mount brace/bracket has large and prominent Spalding logos displayed on either side. While not complete (missing 3 poles/supports that would have connected the top to the bottom), the pieces can be suitably positioned to display nicely.
