All are on official NHL 1997 Stanley Cup Champions logo pucks with a sticker of the number of the signed affixed to the back. Each has been individually signed in gold marker by members of the team: Tim Taylor, Jamie Pushor, Mathieu Dandenault, Kirk Maltby, Bob Rouse, Doug Brown, Martin Lapointe, Mike Knuble, Kevin Hodson, Anders Eriksson, Joey Kocur, Vyacheslav Kozlov and Aaron Ward.
