Description: Sandy Koufax autographed 1963 Life magazine with "HOF 72" inscription (Sig. MT). Outstanding Aug. 2, 1963 Life with Koufax on the cover bears a striking signature from the lefty in blue marker and "HOF 72" inscription, with signature rating 9 out of 10. Magazine shows moderate wear with mailing label affixed: VG/EX. Also included is the original 1995 convention ticket stub from the Koufax signing.
