Includes c.1980s ANNCO size 7-1/8 Phillies hat signed by Carlton on the brim and also under the brim with "HOF 94" inscription added to both (EX appears worn, but unknown if by Carlton); and c.1985-86 New Era "Pro Model" adjustable Phillies spring training hat with #32 written under the brim and signed by Carlton in black marker (EX light staining).
