Description: Coin-operated Ford Gumball Machine with youth baseball advertisement, c. 1950s (VG/EX). Outstanding piece of Americana from the Ford Gum Machine & Co. stands 15" with empty glass gumball hopper, metal base with coin slot and hinged metal Broadview Post advertising display depicting a youth baseball player. Machine appears to be missing a key that would enable the base to be opened, but perhaps a modern substitute could be obtained to gain access. Advertising card has some age toning/spotting, and base has some age-related wear: VG/EX.Final Bid: $81.00
