Description: 1977 Bill Robinson Pittsburgh Pirates professional model/quality home jersey (see description) (See description) Pinstriped home jersey has "Pirates" team name across the front with number "28" below. The number also appears on back. "Descente" tag on the front tail has size (42) written on and is adjacent to the wash tag. There is a "Set 1 1977" flag tag and another which is either blank or whatever text was on it has washed away. PLEASE NOTE - while this jersey is of professional quality it lacks an embroidered strip tag which would typically be found on home jerseys issued for use in 1977. There is no evidence that this tag was removed. We do believe this to be a Pirates team issued jersey although this anomaly can not be explained. In addition it appears that one of the back numbers has been replaced and/or restored.
