Description: Willie Mays autographed c.1960s professional quality index bat (EX) Very nice bat for display which gives the appearance of a Willie Mays game used piece from the height of his career at a fraction of the price. Adirondack 302 model bat with "Willie Mays" name block lettered in the barrel is similar to that which he would have used however it is an "index" bat (available for order by teams rather than having been made specifically for the player). Model number "282C" is factory stamped in the knob which has a vintage "24" marker notation. Bat is uncracked with use evident throughout.
