Description: Enos Slaughter autographed professional model/quality baseball bat c.1940s (EX) Louisville Slugger 125 model bat with Slaughter facsimile signature in the barrel measures 35" long and weighs 32.1oz. Model number "H14" is factory stamped in the knob and there are additional "40A" stampings added to either end. A series of black marker lines are hand drawn along one side of the bat and we believe that these, and the "40A" marks, were added by another bat manufacturer seeking to copy the specifications of this model (when producing their model "40A"). Bat is uncracked with mild evident use including ball/contact marks on the barrel. Signed in marker rating 9 out of 10.
