Description: "The Yankees" book with (30+) autographs incl. Mickey Mantle and Joe DiMaggio (VG-EX/MT) Hardcover book has autographs of former team members on a variety of pieces which have been affixed throughout. In some cases there are removable, in others not. A good number of the Hall of Famers appear on yellow Hall of Fame postcards. Signers include Joe McCarthy, Gene Michael, Red Ruffing (2), Lefty Gomez, Johnny Mize, Stan Coveleski, Joe Sewell, Waite Hoyt (2), Bill Dickey (2), Mark Koenig, George Pipgras, Joe DiMaggio, George Selkirk, Frank Crosetti, Allie Reynolds, Ed Lopat, Hank Bauer, Vic Raschi, Tom Ferrick, Mickey Mantle, Casey Stengel, Don Larsen, Whitey Ford, Bob Turley, Reggie Jackson, Mel Stottlemyer, Al Rosen, Willie Randolph, Bob Lemon, Gene Woodling, and Ralph Houk (signatures of George Steinbrenner, Mickey Rivers, and Phil Rizzuto are secretarial and images of several players/others not specifically named above were omitted as the pieces are stamped rather than signed). There is also a snapshot (unsigned) affixed to an interior page showing several players on field including Joe DiMaggio (notes are written on including May 1941 date which would place it as having been taken during the DiMaggio 56 game hitting streak).
